Programs & Packages
HCAT offers two separate packages of advisory services, the GOLD and ELITE packages.
Both the GOLD and ELITE HCAT Packages include the following components:
- Comprehensive Initial Meeting with your Primary HCAT Advisor
- Development and implementation of academic and athletic plans to match goals and maximize opportunities
- Periodic follow-up meetings as necessary and unlimited phone and e-mail consultation with Primary Advisor
- Counseling with respect to all aspects of the college admission process; including showcasing, interactions with college coaches, and completing applications
- Mid-stream corrections and adjustments as required
- FREE College Admissions Planner (CAP) software account
- FREE video sharing account (via Professional Baseball Training online video platform)
HCAT Gold Package: $4,695
HCAT Elite Package: $5,695
The ELITE Package contains the following additional components:
- 2-3 meetings (Initial, Interim and Final) with Primary Advisor and Academic Director
- Periodic access to HCAT's academic staff, who will provide an extra layer of academic guidance throughout the process
- Both consultants will work together on student's case throughout the process, and both staff will communicate with parents as necessary
